When my order arrived the numeric face milk bottle was filled only halfway it was not at all a full bottle and the liquid is really thick and hard for the dropper to squeeze it up. The direction says to use about 2-3 drops but was always difficult to draw out. However, the product is really good and I liked how it made my face feel. It goes on very smooth and leaves a smooth finish as well. I also could see my skin began to lighten but not my hyperpigmentation on my very dark chin area maybe it needs more time since that area is 4 to 5 shades darker than my face from having PCOS and plucking chin hairs almost daily for years. As for the ingrown hairs and razor bumps stopper I didn’t look me cause it only dried out my chin areas causing a rash. I did notice a cooling sensation when applying the product on but it only appeared to make that area darker so I had to stop using it.
